Global Network of Women's Shelters
ACWS set the wheels that created the Global Network of Women's Shelters moving in 2008 when they hosted the first-ever World Conference of Women’s Shelters in Edmonton. This historic event paved the way for a global humanitarian effort to change the way sheltering organizations communicate with each other.
